A combination of 9 exposures, basic adjustment in LR, sync to all shots, then open as layers in PS. For the process, I first cloned and converted all 9 stacks into smart object and applied median filter for foreground; then from the original stack of 9 exposures, I start by changing the layer above base layer the blending mode to difference, turn off other layers temporarily and use free transform, warp to get minimal differences, then apply same method to all remaining exposures, and change the blending mode back to normal, apply the same median filter, layer mask exclude the foreground.
